Key Responsibility Areas
- Visit loss locations for surveys
- Assist the Back Office in conducting surveys
- Contact various salvage buyers and obtain best quotes for damaged items
- Develop working relationships with Insured/Insurers/IMD
- Prepare field reports as per claims
Candidate Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local regional language
- Effective negotiation and persuasion skills
- Smart and intelligent with good analytical skills
- Proficient in using Internet tools and mobile apps
- Flexible and able to work in a high-pressure environment (24/7)
