Role Description
The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting detailed land surveys, preparing maps, and analyzing data for mining operations. Day-to-day tasks include performing site measurements, using advanced surveying tools, preparing reports, and ensuring that all survey operations adhere to safety and environmental standards. The Surveyor will also collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support accurate planning, design, and execution of projects. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in land surveying tools and techniques, including GPS and Total Station.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing topographical maps and reports.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance related to mining projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for accurate data processing and interpretation.
- Ability to work in collaborative team environments and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in surveying, preferably in mining or infrastructure projects.
- Experience with surveying software and digital mapping tools is an added advantage.
