Survey Programmer - Decipher

Key Responsibilities

• Program and script online surveys using Decipher platform.
• Translate survey requirements into functional and efficient scripts.
• Perform thorough testing (logic, data validation, quotas, etc.) before deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve survey-related issues within timelines.
• Manage survey updates, revisions, and client change requests.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across all projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, data processing, etc.).
• Optimize scripts for performance and reusability.

Key Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience with Decipher survey programming.
• Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, CSS, JavaScript etc.
• Good understanding of survey logic (skip patterns, piping, quotas, validations).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in 24×5 rotational shifts.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality delivery.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
