Job Description

  • Scheme Repository & Database Management
  • Goal: To build and maintain a Source of Truth for all Government Schemes (Central & State).
  • Scheme Mapping: Categorize schemes by eligibility (Age, Income, Occupation, Caste) to ensure the App's Matching Logic works for the user.
  • Feature Phone Optimization: Create Short-Text versions of complex policies that can be delivered via SMS or IVR for feature phone users.
  • Accuracy Audit: Regularly verify that scheme links, nodal officer contacts, and application deadlines are 100% current.
  • Impact Analysis & Survey Integration
  • Goal: To use survey data to find Benefit Gaps (people eligible for schemes but not receiving them).
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze survey responses to identify which segments of the population are missing out on specific benefits (e.g., 70% of surveyed farmers in Bihar haven't claimed PM-Kisan).
  • Smartphone vs. Feature Phone Strategy: Segment data to see how different users consume policy info and adjust the narrative (Visual infographics for Smartphones vs. Simple Audio/Text for Feature Phones).
  • Trend Tracking: Monitor socio-economic shifts in survey data to recommend new policy focus areas for the platform.
  • Policy Translation & Communication
  • Goal: To turn Government Language into Citizen Language.
  • Narrative Simplification: Translate complex legislative updates into simple What this means for you summaries.
  • Advocacy Content: Develop reports and presentations that highlight the real-world impact of the App's intervention in scheme delivery.
  • DRC Training: Create Cheat Sheets for DRC agents so they can answer subscriber queries about schemes accurately and confidently.
  • Policy Version Control (Tracking Changes)

Goal: To ensure no user is ever given outdated or Expired policy information.

Change Log Maintenance: Maintain a master record of policy amendments, budget increases, or changes in eligibility criteria.

Proactive Notification: Trigger Alerts for App users whenever a major change happens in a scheme they are interested in.

Historical Tracking: Record the evolution of key policies to analyze long-term impact on the subscriber base.

Disseminate appropriate information about changes to a App users in a simple manner

  • Notification Effectiveness & Follow-up

Objective: Identify reasons for unsuccessful notifications and take corrective action.

Call sample users to check app installation status.

Document findings and share with relevant teams.

Measurement Criteria:

Resolution of notification issues.

Feedback accuracy.

  • New Scheme Identification through Market Research

Objective: Conduct market research to identify new schemes and update them in the app.

Perform market research to identify new schemes.

Update identified schemes in the app.

Number of new schemes identified and updated.

Relevance and impact of new schemes

  • Scheme & Survey Promotion New Users

Objective: Analyse new user profiles and implement personalized scheme notifications to enhance engagement.

Key Activities:

Study new user profiles.

Create and send scheme notifications.

Conversion rate from notifications.

Timeliness of notification delivery

  • Campaign Management Enquiry Handling
  • Objective: Design and execute first-level campaigns based on user enquiries received through the Admin portal.
  • Check user enquiries received from the Admin portal.
  • Create 1st-level campaigns for enquiries received.
  • Measurement Criteria:
  • Number of campaigns created.
  • Turnaround time for campaign creation.
  • Response Campaign Development
  • Objective: Analyze disposition reports, research user needs, and create second-level response campaigns.
  • Review DRC Disposition report of previous campaigns.
  • Research and create response campaigns for user enquiries.
  • Coordinate with IT Production Team to assign responses to DRC Telecallers.
  • Measurement Criteria:
  • Quality and relevance of response campaigns.
  • Timely coordination with IT team.
  • Scheme Promotion Existing Users
  • Objective: Drive state-wise promotion of flagship schemes to eligible existing users through targeted notifications.
  • Identify eligible users state-wise.
  • Execute notifications for flagship schemes.
  • Measurement Criteria:
  • Coverage of eligible users.
  • Engagement rate from notifications.
