Surveillance Officer
Roles and Responsibilty
- Monitor live and recorded video feeds using CCTV and other surveillance equipment.
- Detect, observe, and report suspicious or illegal activities and save the evidence to report the
- Follow confidentiality and data protection policies at all times
- Reporting security breaches or safety hazards to manager.
- Maintain daily reports are as follows.
- Monitoring the activities of guards in real time as well as assign the guards on incident location in suspect like situation.
- Maintaining the evidence folders and report to concern person and department
- Mailing to the concern department with proper format and adequate information for an incident.
- Attend the corporate calls and prioritize the work according to the situation.
- Maintain reports are as follows,
Daily Report
- CCTV Checklist
- security towing
- Team Chargeable sheet.
- Incident handover.
Monthly Report
- Property checks for assigned properties.
- Unit Confirmation status.
- Defacing and storage capture and follow up.
