We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee cash register operations and provide exceptional service to our customers while leading a team of cashiers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the cash register and supervise cashiers to ensure efficient service.
- Manage customer transactions and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle cash management, including balancing the cash drawer and preparing cash deposits.
- Train new cashiers on operating procedures and customer service standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
