Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Surgical Registrar located at our Chennai facility. The Surgical Registrar will assist senior surgeons in various medical and surgical procedures, including preoperative and postoperative care. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, diagnosing medical conditions, assisting in surgeries, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role also entails supervising medical interns and maintaining detailed, accurate clinical records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in General Surgery, including preoperative and postoperative patient management
- Experience in Trauma Surgery
- Experience in Laparoscopic surgery
- Competence in medical diagnosis and treatment
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
- Medical degree (MBBS) with relevant postgraduate specialization in Surgery(MS)
- Valid medical license to practice in India
- Experience in a multispecialty hospital setting is an advantage
