Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Consultation & Diagnosis:
- Consult with patients to understand symptoms and medical history.
- Analyze patient historical and diagnostic data to determine accurate diagnosis.
- Perform specialized diagnostic tests and evaluations.
- Coordinate with primary care physicians regarding patient treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other specialists such as oncologists when required.
Procedures & Treatment:
- Perform endoscopic procedures to inspect and treat gastrointestinal conditions.
- Conduct ERCP and advanced endoscopy procedures.
- Develop and implement appropriate medical or surgical treatment plans.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care when applicable.
Patient Care & Coordination:
- Ensure high standards of patient safety and care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Provide patient counseling and follow-up consultations.
