Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgeon to join our medical team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in surgical practices, providing high-quality care to patients and assisting in various surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures under the guidance of senior surgeons
- Prepare patients for surgery by conducting pre-operative assessments
- Monitor patients vital signs during surgery and provide necessary support
- Maintain a sterile environment and follow all safety protocols
- Assist in post-operative care and patient recovery processes
- Document all surgical procedures and patient information accurately
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Skills and Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
- Completion of a residency program in surgery
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certification
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
