Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Coder with a strong understanding of medical coding standards and surgical procedures. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on coding experience along with a medical educational background and relevant coding certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure accurate coding for Orthopedic Surgery, Pain Management, Endoscopic, and Laparoscopic procedures.
• Maintain compliance with coding guidelines, payer regulations, and documentation standards.
• Analyze clinical documentation and resolve coding-related queries.
• Work closely with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure coding accuracy and claim optimization.
• Utilize coding tools and software efficiently for productivity and quality standards.
