About the Role
This role owns a portfolio of Live sellers — keeping them engaged, growing their streams revenue, and catching churn before it happens. You'll be the single point of contact sellers trust, and the person who spots patterns in seller behaviour before anyone else in the company does.
The day-to-day is a mix of relationship management and analytical rigour — checking in with sellers, troubleshooting what's not working, and living in spreadsheets to figure out exactly where and why accounts are dropping off. We expect you to use AI tools to work faster: automating check-ins, analysing data, and generating insights at scale.
What You'll Do
Account Management
- Own a dedicated portfolio of sellers end-to-end as their single point of contact
- Run regular, structured check-ins (calls, WhatsApp, in-app) and build real relationships
- Help sellers expand product mix, categories, or streaming frequency to grow account value
Retention
- Monitor performance metrics — stream frequency, ACG, revenue trends — and act on what you see
- Run retention playbooks based on patterns from top-performing sellers
- Run early-warning interventions for sellers showing signs of drop-off, before they churn
Data & Insights
- Maintain cohort analyses and retention trackers in Excel/Google Sheets for your portfolio
- Turn qualitative seller feedback into structured insights for product and growth teams
- Report on retention, at-risk counts, and account growth
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- Excellent with data and spreadsheets — pivot tables, VLOOKUP and dashboards
- Strong analytical thinking — you can explain why an account is dropping off, not just that it is
- Already using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms) to work faster
- Relationship builder — sellers trust you and feel heard
- Strong communication in Hindi and English (bonus if you speak Bengali)
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in account management, customer success, or marketplace/e-commerce roles
- Experience with small business owners or individual entrepreneurs
- Background in retail, fashion, or consumer goods
- Familiarity with CRM tools or SQL/BI tools (Metabase, Looker, etc.)
How We'll Measure Success
- Maintain >70% seller retention rate at 90 days across your portfolio
- 100+ meaningful seller interactions weekly
- Reactivate 50%+ of flagged at-risk sellers each month
- Measurable quarter-over-quarter growth in stream frequency/ACG across your portfolio
- 2+ actionable insights per month that inform product or growth decisions
