Job Description

  • Provide technical support for system infrastructure and ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain seamless operations.

  • Maintain system security by managing access controls and performing regular updates.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Support System Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of system administration and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and system security practices.
  • Proficiency in using and managing various operating systems and software.
