Job Description
Ensure all inward material verfied with proper identification and insepction by user with the given time frame and prepared the GRN accordingly. Ensure all document send for further process within given time frame. Ensure all approved material handover to issue section / sub store. Ensure timely issue the material to plant / concern user with online issue slip posting Ensure all material place their respection location and update the location in SAP also. Ensure the handling of materia should be with proper equipment i.e. hand trolly, forkilift, hyra as per requirement; Ensure zero damage on material during handling by using proper tools & tackles and handling equipment. Before loading / unloading the vehicle check all the tools & tackles. Periodic Verifivcation of Physical & SAP Stock. To ensure no scarp & waste material laying in the storage area. To Ensure all material stored in the their respective bin location and shall be identified & tracebility.
Principal Accountabilities
Ensure all inward materials check and verfiled within one day with proper identification and traceability. Ensure PR release from store level properly / alternate material / stock verification in all plant. Properly checking of request form received from concern user. Ensure the validity of calibration status of tools & tackles equipped with material handling equipments to comply with safety standards as per test certificates.
