We specialize in supporting children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and physical disabilities, and learning challenges. Through personalized 1:1 therapies, professional assessments, and family-centered consultations, we aim to help children achieve their maximum potential. Using evidence-based, non-medical interventions, our experienced team provides a range of services, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral therapy, and sensory integration. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata for Support Staff in the Physical/Occupational Therapy Unit. As part of the team, you will assist licensed therapists by preparing treatment areas, organizing therapy equipment, supporting patients during therapy sessions, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records. You will also engage with patients and their families, ensuring they are comfortable during their time at the center.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support therapists, patients, and families effectively
  • Basic knowledge of physical and occupational therapy principles or willingness to learn
  • Ability to assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining therapy equipment and spaces
  • Organizational skills for managing schedules, records, and administrative tasks
  • Compassion, patience, and understanding when working with children with special needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and follow instructions from licensed therapists
  • Previous experience in healthcare support or working with children is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced training or certification in healthcare or related fields is an advantage
