Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Support Specialist. The Support Specialist will provide technical and customer support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions to client concerns. The role entails addressing customer inquiries, analyzing technical challenges, and ensuring the smooth operation of email authentication services. The Support Specialist will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Proficiency in providing customer and technical support with a focus on resolving client concerns
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to customers clearly and effectively
• Solid understanding of DNS records (CNAME, TXT) and email authentication protocols (DMARC, SPF, DKIM) is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is desirable
• Ability to work independently in remote environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
