BFSI experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Monitor non-cloud infrastructure systems
Analyze system performance & health
Prepare Plan of Action (POA) for activities
Maintain shift checklists & logs
Handle performance-related issues raised by application teams
Coordinate with L2 team for approvals and escalations
