Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Support Specialist. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical problems, and delivering excellent customer service.
