Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Support Specialist role based in Mumbai. As a Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer and technical support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical problems, analyzing and providing solutions to support requests, and ensuring seamless communication between teams and clients. You will play a key role in delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess and solve complex issues effectively
  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting with a focus on problem resolution
  • Customer Support expertise with a customer-first mentality to ensure client satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for collaboration and client interaction
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to work
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
