Job Description

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Civil)

Assist in the design and development of civil and structural systems for infrastructure projects. Provide technical support for the evaluation and implementation of design changes and solutions. Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure timely and effective completion of projects. Support the review of design specifications, calculations, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Conduct site assessments and inspections to monitor the progress of construction and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and regulatory authorities. Support coordination between various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Assist in the identification and resolution of engineering issues during project execution. Ensure compliance with local, state, and national standards, including environmental regulations and safety protocols.

. Structural Design & Analysis

• Perform structural design of industrial RCC and steel structures.

Design foundations (isolated, raft, pile), equipment foundations, pipe racks,

gantries, conveyor supports, and heavy machine foundations.

• Prepare design calculations as per IS codes (IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, etc.).
• Carry out seismic and wind load analysis

2. Software & Technical Skills

• Use structural software such as:
  • STAAD Pro / ETABS / SAFE
  • AutoCAD / Revit
• Review structural drawings and BOQs.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports and calculation sheets.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with Indian Standards and industrial safety norms.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and quality audits.
• Optimize designs for cost and constructability.
