Job Description
The Senior Engineer in the Operations department will play a pivotal role in supporting the RMHS WML team. This position requires a professional with 4 to 8 years of experience, who can effectively manage and lead the operational team to meet business targets. The role involves providing clear directions to the team, ensuring that all operations align with the business plan. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing mechanical maintenance and engineering, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering best practices and demonstrate excellent conflict management, decision-making, and people management skills. They will also be expected to foster innovation and maintain a global perspective in their decision-making processes.
Principal Accountabilities
