Job Description
The Assistant Manager for Support Residential Sales Flooring is tasked with expanding market reach and increasing sales opportunities within the residential sector. This role involves leveraging the expertise and customer relationships of external partners to effectively grow the business's customer base and revenue. The primary aim is to achieve these objectives through strategic channels, working closely with dealers and distributors. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with company goals, ensuring the sales team is motivated and equipped to exceed targets. Establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships with key customer accounts is crucial, as is negotiating agreements that enhance revenue streams.
