To provide assistance for maintenance planning i.e., identification, prioritization & scheduling of maintenance work / jobs (Monthly / Weekly) and ensure schedule adherence & PM quality, escalation of non-compliance to AET / PBU Head.
Ensure timely working/visitor gate pass processing during shutdown and normal days.
Maintain history record of major jobs/repair/overhauling with costing.
Tracking of inventory in co-ordination with AET members/PBU and stores.
Well conversant in MS-word/office/power point and Oracle system- PM and MM module.
Knowledge of basic electrical and automation maintenance.
Job Context
Material Planning and coordination with Procurement team for timely execution of planned shutdown.
Inventory planning and management in coordination with Stores Team.
Service and Material Budgeting in coordination with Finance Team.
Coordination with Vendors for Services and Material delivery to ensure smooth operation and shutdown of all plants.
Shutdown planning, including Material, Services, Scheduling, deployment, etc.
PM Reviews for effective maintenance management.
Preparation & compilation of audit documents.
Qualification And Experience
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.
Minimum 03 years of experience.
Knowledge of MS-word/office/power point and SAP/Oracle system- PM and MM module.
Knowledge of basic electrical and automation maintenance.
