Discussion on chronic problems with your dept. team and & co-workers and eliminate it.
Analysis of major / minor breakdowns and plan corrective actions accordingly.
SPARES MANAGEMENT
Follow 7 Level Critical Spare criteria and Ensure > 95% Critical spares availability and procure the required maintenance spares timely to avoid the breakdown delays.
Overhauling of maintenance spares regularly and keep ready with spares
Spare parts planning for major shutdown jobs as well as fulfilling day today basis requirements
Planning and procurement of advanced good quality tools and tackles for fast execution of jobs
MANPOWER MANAGEMENT
Providing training to other staff on proper equipment use and maintenance procedures .
Collaborating with other departments, such as production or engineering, to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions

COST CONTROL
Identification of maintenance cost reduction parameters
