Job Description

Job Purpose

Job Purpose Descriptiona) Monitor coating line parameters (temperature, coating thickness, line speed, etc.)

b) Perform lab testing of water and aluminium samples

c) Inspection of incoming coils from different source

d) Inspection of Finished Coil from coating line, Annealing Furnace and Slitting Line

e) Prepare inspection reports and Test Certificates (TC)

f) Maintain proper documentation and support SOP/SWI implementation

g) Identify defects, ensure quality compliance, and support corrective actions
