About Position
The Network Engineer will design, implement, and operate secure internet access and network visibility solutions using Zscaler, Cisco Stealthwatch (Secure Network Analytics), and Cisco Umbrella. This hands on role focuses on secure traffic steering, DNS security, network telemetry analytics, threat detection, troubleshooting, and optimization, while supporting Zero Trust and SASE initiatives.The role requires close collaboration with Network, Security, SOC, Endpoint, and Cloud teams to ensure secure, reliable, and high performance connectivity.

What You'll Do
- Zscaler (Secure Internet Access / Proxy)
- Design, deploy, and operate Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) for secure web and internet traffic.
- Configure and manage: o
- URL filtering and web access policieso
- Cloud firewall rules and security profileso
- SSL inspection and threat protection
- Implement traffic forwarding using Zscaler Client Connector, GRE/IPsec tunnels, and branch/data center integrations.
- Troubleshoot access, latency, and routing issues impacting user experience.
- Cisco Umbrella (DNS Secure Web Gateway)
- Deploy and manage Cisco Umbrella for DNS layer security and secure web access.
- Configure DNS policies, content filtering, and security enforcement.
- Integrate Umbrella with identity providers and network devices.
- Investigate and respond to DNS based threats and blocked traffic events.
- Cisco Stealthwatch (Secure Network Analytics)
- Operate Cisco Stealthwatch to provide network visibility and threat detection.

- Support SOC investigations with network based context and evidence.
- Monitoring, Troubleshooting Incident Support
- Monitor logs, alerts, and dashboards across Zscaler, Umbrella, and Stealthwatch.
- Investigate and resolve network security incidents and performance issues.
- Support SOC and Incident Response teams during security events.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

- Integrate solutions with: o

- Support automation using APIs and scripting where applicable.
