We are seeking a seasoned Support Lead with 10-15 years of overall experience in ETL processes and Snowflake Data Warehouse, including at least 5+ years in a lead role. The candidate will oversee production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth data operations while guiding and mentoring the support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ETL support team to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL workflows and Snowflake queries.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.
- Ensure SLA compliance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Automate monitoring and alerting for ETL jobs and Snowflake performance.
- Document support procedures, knowledge base articles, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
