Incident Prevention Program
MIS
- To prepare the operation system – SOPs / Practices
- Implementation of these systems during ramp up and running of the plant.
- Log the learning for future reference
- Should be aware of MIS system
Emergency Preparedness & Fire System
- Should be aware of Emergency preparedness & fire system
Training & Awareness
- Shall undergone with maintenance related trainings & aware of electrical systems.
Maintenance
- Knowledge of instruments like temperature sensors, pressure switch, flow switch PH meter, conductivity meter etc.
- Equipment & instruments electrical fault detection and repairing
- Preventive maintenance of electrical system
- Spare part management
- Knowledge of Robot & CNC maintenance
- Breakdown maintenance at the earliest with sense of urgency
- Coordination with operation and other maintenance group for faster system update and ready to run
- Calibration of instruments.
Audit & Safety Observation & Intervention
- Should be able to close safety observations during audits
Contractor Safety Standard (CSM)
- Should be able to handle & get work done from contractor employees with 100% safety compliance
Safety Promotional activities
- Provide all the required information to procurement for right procurement and timely delivery
- Ensure use of PPE's and implementation of safe work processes to achieve Zero harm
- Reply to all internal customer queries in timely manner
- Preparation of risk register and mitigation plan
Preparation of JSA, HIRA and other document for safe working
Sustainability (Environment & Legal compliances)
- Shall be aware of Environmental & legal compliances
