Job Description
The Senior Officer in the Human Capital & General Affairs department will play a crucial role in supporting the CLM Operations and Compliance functions. This position requires a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in managing interpersonal relationships, strategic planning, negotiation, and conflict management. The role involves collaborating with various business units to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The Senior Officer will be responsible for driving HR initiatives and supporting the business unit's objectives. Additionally, the role includes supporting the CLM Operations and compliances for supporting the BU, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments.

Principal Accountabilities
Assist SH Admin and CLM in driving HR agenda for the businessbr Effective Plant HCGA coordination for timely reporting and MIS submissionsbr Driving special projects as per the defined timelines from Business HR Teambr Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiencybr Facilitate negotiations and manage conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environmentbr Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with stakeholders to support business objectives
