Job Description

Mindtel, a prominent player in the telecommunications and IT support industry, is seeking a dedicated Support Executive to join their team at their India-based on-site facility. As a key member of the support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and support for our clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, or in-person inquiries.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues or service-related problems efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
