Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-focused and process-driven Support Executive to manage operational coordination, data accuracy, and execution readiness for upcoming franchise outlets. This role requires strong follow-up, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth execution while maintaining strict adherence to SOPs, approvals, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accounts and update tracking sheets for new token confirmations.
- Ensure daily updates of master data, reports, and working sheets.
- Track equipment and material dispatch, delivery, and damage cases, and replan where required.
- Plan and coordinate equipment and material dispatch as per opening timelines.
- Coordinate term sheet execution and e-signing and ensure completion.
- Update quotations and transport charges accurately.
- Coordinate and fulfil vendor requirements for upcoming outlets.
- Perform accounts data verification and cross-checks, including GST invoices and documentation.
- Send, track, and follow up on daily payment reminders.
- Ensure location requirement fulfilment as per SOP.
- Coordinate POS ID creation and confirm training schedules.
- Share outlet details with the marketing team for execution.
- Coordinate kitchen layout finalisation and related approvals.
- Verify that mandatory messages are shared in official groups.
- Ensure working sheets are signed and completed.
- Share master data screenshots one day prior to outlet opening.
- Maintain clean documentation, backups, and verification records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, marketing, and support teams for execution alignment.
- Escalate delays, mismatches, data gaps, or risks to the reporting manager immediately.
- Support audits, verifications, and internal reviews as required.
- Follow all SOPs, approval hierarchies, and confidentiality norms strictly.
Performance Expectations
- Account creation and token-related updates are completed on the same day.
- Master data and working sheets remain accurate with zero mismatches.
- Equipment and material dispatch is tracked with no missing or unreported items.
- Term sheets, GST invoices, and compliance documentation are completed accurately.
- Daily payment reminders are sent, and pending cases are minimised.
- Dispatch planning and execution are completed before outlet opening.
- Outlet details are shared with the marketing team within defined timelines.
- Daily reports and data sheets are updated and submitted on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Accounts, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in operations coordination, franchise support, or back-office roles.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills across multiple departments.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
