APPLICATION SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
- Shopify Frontend & Backend development experience with strong focus on frontend.
- At least1 year experience in Shopify theme development and customization.
- Expert in Liquid, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5 CSS, AJAX, JSON, ReactJS and DOM
- Knowledge of Shopify's object/properties, AJAX API, Metafields, Shopify's theming system and Liquid templating
- Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques and cross browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of Shopify best practices as well as good knowledge of Shopify CMS
- Experience implementing and debugging 3rd party Shopify apps
- Experience with Page speed optimization, SEO and CRO
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Responsible for Incident Management, Service request management, Problem management and enhancements for their respective brands
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Work on creating SOP's for incidents / requests that can be resolved by L1 team driving up First call resolution
- Ensure Resolution notes are properly captured in Jira
- Ensure comments from End users on a ticket are timely addressed
- Ensure Resolution SLA's based on priority of the tickets are met
- Ensure work executed on enhancements are performed in a truly agile fashion
- Ensure coding standards are followed and code is supported through at least 80% Unit test coverage
- Ensure code developed passes all checks from SONAR or relevant tools
ENHANCEMENTS
- Participate in Sprint planning and Grooming sessions
- Work with BA's to story point during refinement
- Develop code based on Acceptance criteria documented and signed off during refinement
- Ensure > 80% Unit test coverage for code developed
- Work with Coty Leads / engineering team to review PR's and have them approved
- Work on any bugs reported during QA and UAT phase
