Support Engineer

About Position:

We are hiring for the Support Engineer position in Pune, requiring between 5 to 8 years.

What You'll Do:

• Operate, monitor, support, and improve enterprise platforms and services using AWS, Redhat Linux, RHEL, RHCL.
• Troubleshoot incidents and service issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
• Execute approved configuration, deployment, maintenance, upgrade, patching, and validation activities with appropriate controls.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, support evidence, and status updates.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, network, database, security, and service-management teams to maintain reliability and availability.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Practical administration and production-support experience involving AWS, Redhat Linux, RHEL, RHCL.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, incident resolution, change execution, troubleshooting, performance, availability, and operational controls.
• Ability to follow and improve standard operating procedures, document technical work, and communicate status clearly.
• Strong analytical, ownership, customer-service, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in structured enterprise support environments and manage priorities responsibly.
