JOB DESCRIPTION:

Segment CDP Platform Experience.

Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests raised by business users.

Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and document findings.

Provide functional and technical support for the Segment platform

Validate data accuracy and assist with data corrections when needed.

Support minor enhancements and configuration changes.

Participate in impact analysis for proposed changes.

Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment activities.

Maintain knowledge base for common issues and resolutions.

Ensure proper handover notes for any changes or fixes.

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
