The Support Engineer – Mobile Developer plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing enterprise mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. The role involves investigating application defects, analyzing crashes and performance issues, implementing code fixes, supporting mobile releases, and delivering minor enhancements. The engineer collaborates with application support, backend, API, database, and business teams to ensure seamless mobile application operations while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and user experience.

Provide L4 production support for Android and iOS mobile applications.

Investigate and resolve application defects, crashes, and performance issues.

Perform code-level analysis, debugging, and remediation activities.

Implement minor enhancements and approved functional improvements.

Support mobile application deployments, releases, and app store submissions.

Troubleshoot API, integration, and backend connectivity issues impacting mobile applications.

Monitor application health, user-reported issues, and operational metrics.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.

Ensure mobile applications remain compatible with supported OS versions and SDK updates.

Collaborate with development, support, QA, and business teams during incident resolution.
