Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for incident management and service requests, ensuring quick resolution and minimizing downtime.
- Monitor system health, applications, and infrastructure using tools like Grafana and Kibana, and perform routine health checks.
- Analyze logs across Linux systems, applications, and containerized environments to identify issues and perform basic debugging.
- Monitor and analyze telecom network KPIs (2G/4G/5G) and resolve OSS/data issues.
- Collaborate with L2/L3 teams and cross-functional teams for issue escalation, resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Work with distributed components such as Redis, Kafka, OAuth, and Zookeeper.
Required Skills
- Strong Linux, SQL, and log debugging expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus) is a plus..
