Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for incident management and service requests, ensuring quick resolution and minimizing downtime.
Monitor system health, applications, and infrastructure using tools like Grafana and Kibana, and perform routine health checks.
Analyze logs across Linux systems, applications, and containerized environments to identify issues and perform basic debugging.
Monitor and analyze telecom network KPIs (2G/4G/5G) and resolve OSS/data issues.
Collaborate with L2/L3 teams and cross-functional teams for issue escalation, resolution, and continuous improvement.
Work with distributed components such as Redis, Kafka, OAuth, and Zookeeper.

Required Skills

Strong Linux, SQL, and log debugging expertise.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus) is a plus..
