- Understand Career Shaper platform
- Configuring Learning batches , Learning Path
- Configuring Assessments, Code Labs exercises
- Uploading Quiz, Assignments , Learners in the system
- Take excel output dump & formatting from the platform as per delivery leads request
- Resolve any issues in learners access, trainers access issues through Admin access
- Interface with development team to resolve any defect fixes
- Testing the platform end to end
