Job Description

Colliers Stream & Managed Services is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative operations and support team to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Stream+ integration platform and Document Service applications. The program encompasses end-to-end managed services across application, integration, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps layers, with a strong focus on SLA adherence, incident management, and client satisfaction.

At the leadership level, the Operations Lead will drive overall service delivery, governance, and client engagement, acting as the primary interface for stakeholders. This role is responsible for ensuring platform reliability, overseeing incident management (including major incident reviews), guiding architectural decisions, and enforcing ITSM and DevOps governance processes while mentoring the support team.

The Integration Support Engineers will manage and maintain the integration ecosystem, ensuring seamless connectivity across Kafka-based messaging, APIs, and enterprise systems such as Salesforce and SAP. They will handle troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization of integration workflows while supporting RCA and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Azure Cloud Support Engineers will operate and maintain the underlying cloud infrastructure, including AKS clusters, networking, storage, and security components. They will leverage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to manage environments, ensure platform availability, and handle security operations, monitoring, and patching activities.

The DevOps Support Engineers will focus on CI/CD pipeline stability, deployment automation, and release management using Azure DevOps and Argo CD (GitOps). They will enable efficient deployment processes, maintain artifact workflows, and support automation initiatives to improve release reliability and speed.

Additionally, a dedicated team of P1 On-Call Support Engineers will provide 24x7 critical incident support, ensuring rapid response, triage, and resolution of production issues. This team plays a key role in maintaining uptime by executing emergency fixes, coordinating escalations, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.

Across all roles, the program requires strong expertise in Azure cloud services, Kafka/Confluent ecosystem, microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and enterprise-grade incident management. Success in this engagement depends on proactive monitoring, effective troubleshooting, and close collaboration with client stakeholders to deliver a stable, scalable, and high-performing platform.
