Supporting Actions

1. Planning

• All Safety E-Permits, Regular maintaining of Shift Logbook & Safety TBT Records, JSA etc., Proper planning of all shift activities related to regular refractory repair & maintenance, Materials planning for regular R & M jobs, Preparation of MIV etc., Planning as per site requirement etc.

1. Employee Relation

• Proper co-ordination with department employees and operation & other support department employees, Clear communication among employees to maintain a positive relationship, proper teamwork etc.

1. Budgetary Controls

• Savings on department's sanctioned P & B Budget without compromising job quality, Elimination of wastage of refractory materials in regular maintenance jobs etc.

1. Compliances

• 100% compliance on Safety (BBSO, ENABLON, Safety Training etc.), PPE, Housekeeping, Ensuring Zero Accident, Taking Care of Environment & WCM Norms etc.

1. Customer Centricity

• Regular interaction with internal customers and problem-solving as per site requirement, ensuring 100% equipment availability, Improvements, Engineering support to operation as and when required to achieve production target etc.

1. Sustainability and Systems Improvement

• Complete break-down/shutdown jobs within time schedule, Ensuring no pre-mature break-down due to refractories etc.

1. Contract Labour Management

• Co-ordinate with all contract workers to carry repair & maintenance jobs with proper quality and following all safety norms.
