Job Purpose

Job Purpose Description

. Prepare and ensure the availability of high-quality validated die designs for manufacturing.
. Prepare die designs as per the standards.
. Adopt standardization process initiated in Hindalco.
. To study and provide timely feasibility to marketing team for the enquiries generated
Upgrade the designs based on the die performance feedback from the plants

Monitor and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at work
. Regularly counsel workers to follow safe working procedures
. Maintain safe working conditions in the Die Shop.
