Job Description
The Assistant Manager for Support Customer Service Flooring is responsible for leading and managing the customer service team to ensure exceptional after-sales support. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing effective service strategies. The Assistant Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery. A key aspect of the role is to provide customer-centric and timely after-sales support to our customers that is as per WFL's standards and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing customer expectations.

Principal Accountabilities
Lead and manage the customer service team to achieve high levels of customer satisfactionbr Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer experiencebr Continually improve processes and outcomes of customer service in the assigned territorybr Responsible for revenue of the functionbr Manage the customer service and complaints efficientlybr Provide inputs for product developmentbr Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address and resolve customer issuesbr Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
