Job Title: Support Consultant – GST & e-Invoicing (Finance)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic MBA (Finance) Freshers to join our GST & e-Invoicing Support team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to learn GST and e-Invoicing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support for Focus Softnet GST & e-Invoicing solutions.
Resolve customer queries related to GST, e-Invoicing, finance, and accounting processes.
Assist customers through phone, email, and online sessions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Participate in product training and continuously enhance GST & e-Invoicing knowledge.
Requirements
MBA in Finance (Freshers welcome).
Good understanding of accounting, finance, GST, and taxation concepts.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of GST/e-Invoicing applications is an added advantage.
