Job Description
Responsible for ensuring reliable and safe operation of electrical systems in the Coke Oven division by executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. The role involves improving equipment availability, complying with statutory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Principal Accountabilities
Plan and execute monthly preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for Coke Oven electrical equipment. Ensure maintenance tasks are carried out within defined time, and quality parameters. Analyze equipment breakdowns, prepare root cause analysis (RCA. reports, and implement corrective actions. Support adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance in electrical maintenance.Maintain optimum inventory of electrical spares, tools, and consumables.Study repetitive failures of equipment, assemblies, and parts, and implement modifications to enhance reliability.Ensure safe work practices, compliance with electrical safety standards, and adherence to Environment Management System (EMS. requirements
