- Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Spearhead expansion of LCPL's assessment and capability-building programs across India, identifying new geographies, government partnerships, and institutional models.
- Drive strategy and business growth across diverse verticals Entrance & Competitive Exams (CET, JEE, NEET, etc.), STEM & Astronomy Labs, and Skill/Employability Assessments.
- Build assessment-led products that bridge education-to-employment pipelines.
- Develop business models that integrate technology, partnerships, and policy linkages for scalable delivery.
2. P&L Ownership & Operational Leadership
- Own the P&L for the assessments vertical and drive profitability across programs.
- Establish SOPs and delivery frameworks across direct, franchise, and government-funded operations.
- Ensure efficiency and performance optimization across centers, labs, and digital platforms.
- Monitor financial and operational metrics for sustained top-line and bottom-line growth.
3. Product Development & Assessment Innovation
- Collaborate with SMEs, academic experts, and sector specialists to design outcome-based, multi-format assessment systems (written, digital, practical, simulation-based).
- Build scalable frameworks aligned to NSQF, NEP 2020, and state education boards modernization efforts.
- Integrate LMS, analytics, and digital testing platforms to enhance data integrity, efficiency, and learner experience.
- Drive innovation in lab-based experiential assessments, domain-specific certification, and digital readiness testing.
4. Partnership & Ecosystem Management
- Liaise with state education departments, Sector Skill Councils, CSR partners, universities, and edtech alliances to co-create scalable programs.
- Lead consortium engagement, RFP participation, and proposal development for large-scale government projects.
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team across product, delivery, operations, and growth.
- Represent LCPL in government consultations, impact reviews, and policy forums.
