Job Description

he Java Support Analyst will provide production and application support for business-critical systems, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of technical issues in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support for multi-tier Java applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Java 11+, Spring, Angular (or other UI frameworks), and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Work with SQL, Oracle/PostgreSQL, and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Schedule and monitor jobs using Autosys or Control-M.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to investigate root causes and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain application stability and performance.
  • Support DevOps practices or cloud-based infrastructures (nice to have).
  • Monitor applications using tools like Dynatrace, Geneos, or similar (preferred).
