Team Lead – Supply Ops Retail

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead – Retail Fulfilment Operations to own end-to-end retail dispatch operations. This role will be responsible for leading the complete fulfilment journey—from order allocation and warehouse execution to dispatch, supplier coordination, and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Dispatch Operations Ownership - Own end-to-end retail dispatch operations for both App and Non-App orders across all fulfilment channels.
• Performance & KPI Accountability - Own and deliver on critical KPIs, like Dispatch/Delivery TAT & compliance to promised timelines and Cancellation.
• SOP Development & Process Governance - Build, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with business expectations. Ensure adherence to SOPs across fulfilment operations team.
• Supplier Performance Management - Monitor supplier dispatch performance and SLA adherence and collaborate with supplier partners to improve fulfilment efficiency
  
  

Requirements

Education - Bachelor's degree

Experience - 2+ years of experience in Fulfilment Operations, Supply Chain, or E-commerce Operations. Proven experience in managing large fulfilment teams.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills – Advance Excel, Strong knowledge of OMS.

Leadership Skills - Strong people management and coaching ability, decision-making, Excellent stakeholder management, Problem-solving and analytical mindset, High ownership with strong execution capabilities, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
