Supply Planning
- Responsible for Supply & Distribution planning for the category.
- Drive the monthly S&OP with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and manufacturing teams to meet monthly & quarterly targets.
- Issue production plans to factories for regular SKUs, Promo & NPDs.
- Provide RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Plan) for medium & short term
- Drive actions to improve production plan adherence
- Coordinate and ensure product availability (DIFOT) across all distribution centers (C&FA) as per agreed norms.
- Responsible for sourcing plan for all SKUs for the categories.
- Define and implement right inventory levels of finished goods across the organization right from factories to the CFAs.
- Responsible for AOP (yearly production and transportation budgets).
- Reduce backorders and lost sale
- Monitor & drive actions to reduce SLOB
- Responsible for developing teams to improve supply chain effectiveness and performance, primarily through excellent technical ability and coaching.
- Work within cross functional teams to reduce SLOB for RM / PM

Education and experience
- 5-8 yrs. relevant experience in the area of planning and distribution, FMCG or similar industry with exposure to ERP / Planning tools.
- MBA/PGDM - specialization in Supply Chain & Operations Management
