What you'll do:

SHOT is building one of the region's most loved café brands inside the noon Minutes ecosystem — with a relentless focus on beverage quality, menu innovation, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply of ingredients and packaging to SHOT cafés across markets. You will work closely with vendors, central operations, finance, baristas and store teams to make sure the right products are available, in the right quantities, at the right time.

Your key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Managing and ensuring continuous availability of ingredients across all SHOT locations
  • Managing and ensuring continuous availability of cups, lids, and other packaging materials
  • Monitoring stock levels, demand trends, expiries, and wastage to plan replenishments
  • Raising purchase requests and coordinating orders with approved suppliers
  • Liaising with vendors for orders, deliveries, payments, and documentation
  • Coordinating with finance for GRNs, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to track inbound and outbound stock
  • Supporting new store launches by planning initial stock builds
  • Identifying supply risks early and proposing mitigation actions

What you'll need:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or procurement
  • Strong understanding of demand planning and stock management concepts
  • Experience working with suppliers and external vendors
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic inventory tools
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
  • Good communication skills; fluency in English required
  • Proactive and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • This role will require working outside standard business hours, including on weekends to ensure supply continuity.
