The Regional Supply Planner oversees supply chain operations across the APIC markets, ensuring product availability, efficient capacity management, and smooth supply chain operations. Working closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams, the incumbent assists in supply planning, inventory monitoring, performance reporting, and coordination of supply-related activities to support business objectives.

Job Requirements
. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
. Minimum 4 years Logistics and/ or Supply Chain planning experience
. Good understanding of Production Planning and factory operation.
. Prior experience or exposure within the Asia Pacific region is highly advantageous.
. Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of WMS/Planning/ERP software (SAP, JDA, etc).
. Strategic thinking, customer oriented and able to relate with people at all levels.
. Able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in daily operation.
. Ability to collaborate and effectively work in teams. Ability to work with people from different cultures.
. Ability to build relationships across the organization and all geographic regions
. Serves as a change agent to drive continuous improvement
. Ability to prioritize, manage competing priorities and solve problems independently
. Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken any other language is a plus.
