Role Description The Supply Manager at ELIVAAS will oversee end-to-end supply operations to ensure the right properties, services, and resources are available to meet demand across the portfolio. This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur involves managing procurement processes, coordinating with vendors and homeowners, and optimizing inventory related to property operations and guest experiences. The Supply Manager will analyze demand patterns, forecast supply needs, and align availability with booking trends and expansion plans. Daily responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment, negotiating supplier terms, and maintaining accurate records in relevant systems. The role will also collaborate closely with operations, revenue, and customer experience teams to support consistent service quality, cost efficiency, and scalable growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong supply management skills, including Supply Management and Procurement, with experience handling vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Proficiency in Demand Planning and Inventory Management to forecast needs, maintain optimal stock levels, and reduce shortages or excess.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, build reports, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or property management operations is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within deadlines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort using ERP or inventory tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms for planning and reporting.
